Shipping Policy

Domestic US Shipping

Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail from Florida. Rush shipments are available through UPS at additional costs.

For orders received before 1:00p.m. EST, Tairen’s Lair will make every reasonable effort to ship in-stock items same day. Personalized, autographed items may require additional time (depending on author availability). Occasionally stock may be depleted before your order can be processed. In this event, we will make every reasonable effort to inform you of the back order status and estimated shipping date. Back-ordered items can be cancelled at no charge. All C.L. Wilson and Heather Carr merchandise is printed or produced locally to avoid excessive wait times.

International Shipping

At the present time, Tairen’s Lair supports on-line ordering for US and Canadian shipments only. To request an international shipment to any other country, please contact Tairen’s Lair directly at customerservice@tairenslair.com to request a quotation for shipping. Customs taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damaged Shipments

Any damaged shipment must be reported immediately to customerservice@tairenslair.com Please provide a detailed report of the damage incurred so that we can address the problem quickly with the responsible party.

Tairen’s Lair, LLC. will work with you to correct the problem. Any problems with shipping (whether damage or delivery failure) must be reported immediately to customerservice@tairenslair.com so that we may file a claim with the shipping company.
