Order Cancellation

Any order not yet packed for shipment can be cancelled without charge.

Returns

Tairen’s Lair, LLC. will grant full refunds for non-autographed items (excluding shipping and handling) provided the unopened, undamaged products are returned within 30 days of original shipment. The product must be returned unopened and in perfect condition. You (the consumer) are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

Personalized items that are autographed by the artist or author cannot be returned except in the event of damage.
